Prayer List and Daily Knowledge

The following is a list of items that is essential for your formation as a Catholic receiving the sacrament of Confirmation at Our Lady of Fatima Church:

Sign of the Cross
The Lord's Prayer
Hail Mary
Meal Prayers (Before and After)
Glory Be
Act of Contrition
Nicene Creed or Apostles Creed
The Rosary (Familiarized with the Mysteries)

You will need to be ready to share your knowledge at the Spring Confirmation Retreat.

As well, you will need to have the following assignments completed:
1) Letter of Intent to receive Confirmation to Father Johnson.
2) Research paper on a Saint of your choice and your Confirmand Name choice.
3) Agreement Form from your Sponsor/ Godparent.
4) 7 Sacraments Summary.
5) Take-home Openbook Bible Test.
6) Community Service hours.
